Amanda was raised on a farm in Zeeland, MI with her two sisters. She attended Baker College in Muskegon and graduated with her Veterinary Technician degree. Amanda has worked at the Animal Emergency Hospital since 2005. She has a passion for all things related to veterinary medicine and enjoys working to ensure the technical staff are well trained, organized and prepared for any emergency they encounter. Amanda has a soft spot for felines and always takes time to make their stay as comfortable as possible with private kitty boxes, cat nip, and an excellent selection of cuisine. Amanda currently lives in Jamestown, MI and has two cats: Francine and Turtle. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also has an active role in growing and arranging cut flowers for her family’s farm market.
