Dr. Asman is originally from a one stoplight town in northeast Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State with a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology with a focus in zoo and aquarium sciences in 2019. She went on to receive her DVM from MSU in 2024. She found her love for emergency medicine during her second year of veterinary school working as an assistant at an emergency hospital up north. During her clinical year, she did an externship at AEH and couldn’t be more excited to come back to work with such an incredible staff! In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts and taking her chihuahua, Boujee and rat terrier/schnauzer mix, Ricky on hikes!
